Our Universal Bowl Of Morning Goodness
Our town feels lighter this Sun Day morning as I stroll main beach sipping coffee at dawn.
A certain lead weight, a weary ballast, an anchor, a chain, a sunken ship perhaps, has left our shore.
Maybe momentarily, maybe more.
Maybe forever, possibly just for Now.
This One Unique Australian Sunrise feels like the next bird has flown, a colossal unneeded tower has crumbled and the ice age cage of yesterdays have thawed.
Maybe momentarily, maybe more.
Maybe forever, possibly just for Now.
A cloud portal peeks as we rise from last week, magically lifted as fog parts deep indigo seas.
We bask in a salty fresh light, our home, our town, our nature, is currently, right now, blessed To Be.
Maybe momentarily, maybe more.
Maybe forever, possibly just for Now.
The dolphins glide, the waves kiss, the sun peeks and sand underfoot is dew moist and cool.
The steam of full cup rises like heat of the day as winter solar warms bones and hearts and soles.
Maybe momentarily, maybe more.
Maybe forever, possibly just for Now.
Thank you creator for gifting Our Town this morning's moments of calmness.
A sharp weight left town, a wait of a heavy darkness flown north, allows this fresh tide, healthy here, to rise and greet our morning star, her vibrant soul, listen, hear, made of such gentle exquisite Light.
Maybe momentarily, maybe more.
Maybe forever, possibly just for Now.

Arriving home from this sunrise beach walk, a dear writer friend, Carolyn Riker,
had just shared her Northern Hemisphere feelings of Now
They too confirmed the felt resonance
"This is what I know...
Stay near to the twitch and tremors of nature’s voice
as trees speak through the footpads of earth’s song.
Stay close to the ancient ways of solitude.
No one can take that from you.
Trust your heart for she knows the path.
Protect yourself from those who steal your kindness.
Keep your inner circle small and safe.
Let go of those who violate.
Notice how the wind answers the leaves and watch how the parched land drinks her rain so freely. Find sustenance in spirit’s flexibility.
Keep open and listen and pause deeply into the reservoir of your fullest passions.
‘Art’ yourself. ‘Write’ yourself. ‘Speak’ yourself.
Become the dreams of your call.
Feel into the medicine of your struggles: the anxiety of a thousand wild horses, a century of depression’s sinkholes of silence.
Follow your addictions to where they may lead and ask what is lonely, bored, hungry, tired?
What are these signals trying to feed?
Above all, lovingly support the processes of your innermost needs and take heed to where they lead you and soar.
